  • Kodak EasyShare Z1285

Kodak EasyShare Z1285 Reviews: I was a little tentative when I purchased this camera due to the issue that I had with its previous model. That being said, this camera far exceeded my expectations in ease of use and especially picture quality. There was no comparison with pictures that I took with my three year old Kodak DX7630. None of the pictures had any grainy areas or artifacts as compared to some taken with my older camera. Pictures taken in low light levels were also improved and the panoramic picture mode is a great feature as well. The video quality is much improved, shooting up to 720p HD although it does take up a chunk of the memory card when using it. A rechargeable battery is a must have accessory for this camera as regular batteries run out of power very quickly when using it.

    Fujifilm Finepix A820

Fujifilm Finepix A820 Reviews: fujifilm finepix a820This is my everyday ‘backpack’ camera, when I’m not carrying my slightly larger Fuji S700 or much larger S9000. It replaces my excellent A400 because of it’s added features, such as the 4X zoom instead of 3X, as well as all the added scene position choices. I’ve done close-ups, portraits, night shots, landscapes and indoor scenes with and without flash, and I’m impressed. Enlargements are no problem for this camera, either. It’s easy to carry just about anywhere. Learn to use the ISO settings and scene positions and even get a tiny tripod–the camera will amaze you.

    Fujifilm Finepix S5200

Fujifilm Finepix S5200 Reviews:fujifilm finepix s5200 I love this camera. This camera is the best camera I have ever used. It does night shots, sports/action shots, zooms in 10x. I have owed it for over 4 years. At first I bought it to take photos of my Siamese kittens. I get perfect shots with no red eyes. The Fuiji lens is terrific for taking pictures of animals w/o eye glare. This camera also has manual settings for more experienced users. I am in a college photo class and was able to use this camera to aid in the film shots. I cannot say enough good things about this camera. We used it to document pregnancy and after our son was born, soccer games, wildlife shots, flowers and butterfly pictures. I have used it to take pictures of my dashboard in my new van and the pictures come out great. It takes good video clips. I bought a lemon.

    Panasonic DMC-LS80S

Panasonic DMC-LS80S Reviews: This camera is a nice size and very easy to operate. The photos come out great and it’s very easy to play back your shots and delete ones you don’t want to keep. The bad points are that it tends to be a little slow between shots and can not be recharged on its own. Also, the internal memory is very limited so be sure to purchase a memory card.

Panasonic DMC-LS80S Reviews: I researched and found this camera for my wife. She is not technologically oriented so I needed one that was simple yet took excellent pictures. This is it. So many features and the automatic settings are so intelligent. It is must have with image stabilization. Now, no pictures get blurred. It also has regular batteries that I replaced with rechargeable ones. She was thrilled at receiving it and the ease of using it. Panasonic did a great job. I bought a more advanced model for myself. My Lumix DMC-TZ3 model is great also.

    Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ5S

Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ5S Reviews: I am vary happy with this camera. I have Pentax Option S which is smaller and Olympus 510 which is bigger, this small Panasonic camera makes me very happy. Auto-mode makes vivd sharp pictures, trees and green comes out outstanding. I was looking for a small camera that fits in the pocket but not too small because I came to conclusion that superlslim cameras sacrifice their optics quality for lightweighness. This camera does nto compromise image quality. It fits into pocket or pouch, I have it with me anywhere.

    Olympus Stylus 770SW

Olympus Stylus 770SW Reviews: This camera deserves 5 stars if you need a camera that easily fits in your pocket or purse and is ready to use whenever that picture or movie moment arrives, even under water. Considering the varied picture taking situations, action, and lighting conditions, the performance was beyond my expectations. The only significant limitation is seeing the display in bright sunlight or under water, even when the screen is set at its brightest. However, aiming was intuitive enough that I never missed a shot and I was able to change modes even under water (but I did practice switching between underwater wide 2 and movie ahead of time). One feature that would be an improvement would be the ability to zoom while taking a movie.

    Olympus FE-310

Olympus FE-310 Reviews: This camera is perfect for my every day need. As a private investigator, I often have to take discreet pictures and download the photos to an electronic report or email. This camera allows me to set the picture size to 640×480 before I take the picture and this allows my electronic data to be easily transmitted. That is less editing I have to do after I download them on my computer. The 8MP camera allows me to take clear shots in any kind of lighting conditions. The 5x zoom allows me to take clear photos from a distant and this is necessary in my line of work. Last but not least it’s pocket size.

Olympus FE-310 Reviews: Can’t give a detailed review at this time but I did want to tell anyone considering this as an entry level e-camera that you can’t go wrong. Excellent results. I’m a long time old-school SLR user and this is my first adventure into non-film picture taking. I bought the 2 GB memory card at the same time and installation was easy. Excellent quality pictures especially on the “motion” setting for action shots.

    Kodak EasyShare M753

Kodak EasyShare M75 Reviews: I knew nothing about digital cameras when I bought this and it was really easy to learn how to use. The image is clear and the color good. there are many uses for this camera and I would recommend this to anyone. Actually I liked mine so well that I recently purchased one for boyfriend for his birthday.

Kodak EasyShare M75 Reviews: This camera is good for the money. One issue I have is the speed at which it stores the image once the shutter button has been pushed. I have an older Olympus camera that is quicker. At first I thought it was the SIM card that I bought but it even stores slowly to the internal memory. The work-around is that you can push the shutter button a second time to be ready for another picture while the original image is being stored.

    Kodak EasyShare C813

Kodak EasyShare C813 Reviews: It’s not even worth that much. Any picture taken in less than ideal lighting condition comes out grainy. So essentially you get an 8 megapixel picture that looks about as good as the one you get from the phone on your camera. It comes with a proprietary USB cable to connect to your computer which is stupid. Why not use the standard one that all other digital camera’s use. Lastly, to get the pictures on your computer you need to load the crappy Kodak software on there. Most other camera’s don’t require 3rd party software to transfer the pictures to your computer.

Kodak EasyShare C813 Reviews: I wanted something simple for my daughter and son to use that wasn’t overly expensive. The salesman told me that this camera took great pictures. We have taken pictures in every mode that is offered and so far, I can say that it definitely does NOT take great pictures. If you are only interested in capturing a moment but aren’t really concerned with quality, this camera should be fine. Otherwise, I wish now that I had just gone ahead and bought a more expensive one. I already had a 5 megapixel EasyShare, so I assumed the newer 8 megapixel would be a huge improvement. I am highly disappointed in the grainy quality of these pictures.
