Kodak EasyShare C653 Review: I have had a number of digital cameras and have found Kodak to consistently get color right more than the competitors. We have a Canon and had a Nikon that could not hold a candle to the picture quality of the less expensive Kodak models. This unit, however, is a terrible camera. It must have a particularly less sensitive sensor because it gives the blurr warning so often it’s pathetic. Even when you set the camera on higher ISO if not using the flash, you most often get a less than desirable result. It’s simply the worst of all the digital cameras I have and have used. It does not perform nearly as well as a cheaper, less featured model from Kodak that I used for the past two years.

    Kodak EasyShare C530

Kodak EasyShare C530 Review: This basic digital camera is an absolute beginners camera. It is easy for an older person who prefers not to deal with updated technology as well as for a youngster who might have more technical expertise but isn’t responsible enough for a more expensive camera. Easy to use and good sharp pictures. Would purchase again but would want to know that it is basic point and shoot with few extras.

Kodak EasyShare C530 Review: Most of the downsides has to do with it’s really really tiny lens. It says 36mm but that’s just a 35mm equivalent. Picture quality is still good especially in medium distance shots with high lighting, but low light can be hit or miss. It’s a great camera for vacation, or family photos and most of the drawbacks won’t even be noticed by these users. Battery life on the camera is really good I’ve taken about 100 photos (most with flash) and the battery bar hasn’t even dropped. It also has an auto-off feature to save battery life when you forget to turn it off yourself.

    Fujifilm Finepix S8000

Fujifilm Finepix S8000 Review: I was hesitant to buy the Fujifilm S8000fd because there were a few reviewers who found problems with the pictures it produced. I considered other cameras in the same genera and discovered there were a few reviewers who were not all that happy with those either. It was clear to me that pictures shot with the Fujifilm S8000fd were at least equal to those made by its competitors and it had a lot more features and capacity.

I think the people who fault the quality of photos taken with the Fujifilm S8000fd are either unable to read the instruction manual or are so “picky” about their pictures as to be neurotic. I have had my Fuji S8000fd for about a month and find the pictures I am taking are just great. I am not a professional photographer, but I have been an advanced-skills hobbyist for decades.

    Fujifilm Finepix S8100

Fujifilm Finepix S8100 Reviews: With the 18x zoom lens, you can do almost everything you want. I have taken couple shots with the 18x, very details, but your hand need to be very steady, even with the stablize function on. This is normal however. The only thing which is weak on this machine is the video, you can’t zoom during video is taking. The new Nikon P80 can zoom. Many other brand offer the zooming in video taking like the Panasonic, and canon. Other than that, if you are a part time pro, it is more than enough, face recognization, M, P, S priority, you name it, it has it. Saving picture is a little slow. i haven’t printed any pic yet, but will soon. Size and wt is pretty much the same compare to the the Nikon P80, Panasonic, Olympus. these are the only 4 brands having 18x zoom camera.

    Kodak EasyShare DX6440

Kodak EasyShare DX6440 Reviews: I happened to see this while I was browsing for accessories. I can’t believe it is still available. I bought mine back in, I think Spring ‘04. I’d had an older digital and it was time to upgrade. After much searching and reading, I settled on this camera. I have not been disappointed. Even though it is 4 megapixels and I have it set down to about 3.2, I get beautiful, clear, sharp pictures-still. The difference I have found is in the lens. The German made Schneider, Kreuznach lens makes a world of difference in the picture quality. I’ve looked at newer camera’s and of course noted the lens type, but to tell you the truth, this little 6440 gets such great quality I can’t quite justify getting a new one.

    Kodak Easyshare Z700

Kodak Easyshare Z700 Reviews: I have never been an avid photographer, preferring much more to experience and enjoy the moment rather than fumbling around with a camera trying to get the perfect shot. This camera, with its ease of use and great picture quality, gives me the best of both worlds. I’ve had it for over 6 months now and have been very pleased with it. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is for one piece of misleading advertising. The camera is touted as running on AA batteries, but when you read the manual you learn that “standard” AA alkaline batteries are not recommended. You must use lithium or rechargeable batteries instead. I also can’t make any recommendations about the software one way or the other. I did the custom setup and installed the USB drivers only, which work fine. I use Adobe Photoshop Elements to do my editing and am thrilled with the results.

    Kodak EasyShare V1003

Kodak EasyShare V1003 Reviews: First off, kodak easyshare v1003let me just say that I’m a Canon believer. The only reason I have this camera is because I got it at work as a prize. I’ve owned a Canon A40 (2MP) and a Canon A80 (4MP). I’ve never been too big a fan of Kodak’s build quality (cheap plastic on many lower end models) and have always been skeptical about their image quality.

The good thing about this camera is that it feels solidly built. I can’t really attest to it’s durability, as I’ve never been unfortunate enough to have dropped it. Kudos to Kodak for the appearance of the camera - it’s a good size, has a solid weight, and the screen looks really nice. The buttons are small and difficult to distinguish but functional enough. The menu isn’t as intuitive as what I’ve used on my Canon’s, acceptable, but not great.

    Kodak EasyShare V803

Kodak EasyShare V803 Reviews: My wife and I have used this camera for about two years now. It is the easiest camera to operate that we have ever owned and takes great photos. Prior to purchasing this Kodak model, we had spent quite a bit more on an Olympus camera. I don’t even know where we put it because we never use it anymore. I use to let my wife take all the pictures because mine always turned out blurry. This Kodak model has an image stablization feature that let’s me take pictures that are in focus about 99 percent of the time. We just returned from a vacation to Sedona and took almost 400 pictures and only two were out of focus. The clarity of the photos and the ease of use makes this a great little camera. Many of our friends have raved about the quality of our photos. As I said earlier, we have had this camera for two years and have not had any problems with it. I would recommend this camera to anyone who thinks that they will never be able to take good photos.

    Kodak EasyShare M763

Kodak EasyShare M763 Reviews: I received this camera as a christmas gift. While I have had Kodak digital cameras in the past, I have to say that I am not overly impressed with this one. First, it does feel “cheap” and while the 7.2 mega pixels should provide for a great picture, I find that they tend to be very grainy in most situations. I will say that using the camera and transferring photos onto a computer is a breeze. I also like the settings because they are easy to use, and the turn knob is marked clearly. The viewing screen is a great size and resists scratches well. The camera itself is compact and fits in a pocket very well. But I have to say the camera bag kodak recommends for this camera is far too large and cumbersome! Find a different one!

    Kodak EasyShare Z1285

Kodak EasyShare Z1285 Reviews: I was a little tentative when I purchased this camera due to the issue that I had with its previous model. That being said, this camera far exceeded my expectations in ease of use and especially picture quality. There was no comparison with pictures that I took with my three year old Kodak DX7630. None of the pictures had any grainy areas or artifacts as compared to some taken with my older camera. Pictures taken in low light levels were also improved and the panoramic picture mode is a great feature as well. The video quality is much improved, shooting up to 720p HD although it does take up a chunk of the memory card when using it. A rechargeable battery is a must have accessory for this camera as regular batteries run out of power very quickly when using it.
